Details of External Influences - Unseen energies and forces
Those in control are using different forms of External Influences against the population. They mainly use spiritual means such as telepathy, and implements thoughts of their own into your mind that you end up believing is your own thoughts, and so on. They can also direct your "spiritual experiences" by creating false "spiritual realms" for you to experience with deceitful "guides" - a vast majority of ALL the channeled information so popular in the New Age scene these days are result of this method, and these entities being channeled are usually deceitful and serves the purpose of blinding people and luring them into new belief systems that somewhat feeds their spiritual hunger. This spiritual hunger is the natural part of a humans psyche and mind since he himself is indeed a very spiritual being, and this is a subconscious knowledge and an intuition that people can feel, thus Religions are so popular as they too satisfies the Spiritual Hunger to some degree.
These entities can influence the minds of people through different means, to create specific thought patterns, behaviors and emotions in those people. This influence is done from astral telepathical connections with victims, to various technology that alters the persons state of mind, hypnotic suggestions, religious control, the media, and so much more.
There are however many ways of Mind Control and how External Energies influences People. Some of these includes:
Thought-control by implementing ideas, beliefs, thoughts and emotions through psychic means. This is done both by individual entities, by groups, by larger Consciousnesses, and even by different People in between themselves.
Spiritual Experiences - this goes from meetings with "Angels" and "Demons", to "Guides" and so on, "Advanced Beings" whom tell you the "truth" and show you "reality" etc. Most peoples Spiritual Experiences takes place on very low levels of Existence, and are far from what anything is really about, just a mere weak reflection of a fragment of Totality.
Religions - This is very popular, and goes in hand with Spiritual Experiences as well as Thought Control. It is rather self-explaining, and shortly said religions are very effective at making people follow certain ways of lifestyle, belief, personality etc.
Technology- Many forms of technology exists in the physical world to increase the effects of all the above, or to use it on its own for mind control, and these are basically anything based on "wavelength" technology, which in turn is Vibrations. Vibrations affects everything, including the Mind and how it behaves. Examples on this type of technology is Sound Waves, you all know how sounds can induce different states of mind such as relaxation or excitement, specially from the musical industry, but it goes deeper and sounds can be used in frequencies that have both mental and physical effects upon people, some of these frequencies making people more "dumbed down", and open for suggestion , putting them in a hypnotic state so to speak. These sounds also are effective since they can be executed in frequencies of too high or too low vibrations to actually "hear" with the human ears, yet they still affect you.
Many people will recognize this if they have been doing meditations where they have used technology such as hemi-sync, binaural beats , etc to achieve various altered states of mind. Programs such as Neuro-Programmer, Brainwave Generator and I-Doser are good examples on software using this technology.
Sounds can be used at frequencies too high or low for the human ear to hear it, and thus make it rather disguised, and still give various mental or physical effects on those whom are being submitted to it. Of course this goes for other technologies too based on the same principles, such as the mentioned radio
frequencies and other types of emitting signals that can't be directly heard nor seen.
The brain will automatically "tune in" or "synchronize" itself to such signals and "align" you with whatever that signal is supposed to "align" you to, such as making you more prone to suggestions and hypnotic commands, or make you more aggressive, or create nervousness and fear, and so on.
Radio waves and related technology is also very hazardous to the Mind and Body and can be used to directly influence and control people, and it is very effective since it is both invisible and undetectable without specific technological equipment.
The "Flicker Method" relates to sound waves and radio waves etc since it too is part of the "wave-based" mind control technology. An important "extension" of the "flicker" method mentioned is the use of SOUND to achieve the same effects. Not only sound for that matter, but basically most types of technologies using based on "frequencies" or "waves", whether that is the mentioned "flickering" from TV's and monitors etc, the sound waves, radio frequencies, and so on.
Light, sound, frequencies, vibrations - very powerful tools that can be used and abused to create various mental and physical effects in humans.
In addition we do have the spiritual side of things as mentioned above, which is of a major method used for mind control and brain washing. This is mostly ignored by those studying these matters, unfortunately, but an extremely large amount of energy is transmitted through, for the lack of better words, "psychic" energies, carrying a specific "charge" that will result in a specific "effect" when it is "received". The "spiritual method" is widely practiced and used by the elite , and others , to control and affect the population. It can be as extreme as actually "injecting" various thoughts, ideas and presumptions etc into a victims mind - even if this sounds silly or impossible to most people, the sad truth is that it is one of the most used ways for such. From my own involvement with governments and secret societies and orders and my own various spiritual and mental practices for a couple decades this is to me an absolute fact that I have seen and experienced being used by these groups first-hand myself.
Now the specific ways to initiate a "spiritual attack" against someone differs, it could be done from symbolism (which is all over and charged with very specific energies) to more complex rituals and ceremonies (as an example, 9/11 was a "mega ritual" that served several purposes, "spiritual warfare" being one of them, the hidden side of the whole event).
The good thing is that your mind (mental-spiritual) is the most powerful thing (including "weapon") in the universe, and you can protect yourself against everything mentioned in this whole thread using your mind alone. Sure it takes practice, but now that you are aware of it, I do recommend you to take some steps towards using the powers you already got at the tip of your fingers (or tip of your spine to be literal and block such negative energies from being able to reach you.
Some further information on the "WHO and HOW" behind "external influences":
The Collective Consciousness - the group consciousness of the Human Kind, which is connected with ever Human Being, and this can be manipulated by injecting various thought-forms into it, and thus in turn affect a large amount of the population all at once. In a sense, the Collective Consciousness can be called the "Master User Interface" since it doesnt target specific individuals, but the whole group.
The Dream World - This is connected with the Collective Consciousness, as well as other aspects that will be mentioned below. In the Dream World people are constantly attacked and being taken advantaged of, mind controlled, and programmed. People are very open for suggestions in this state of mind.
Hypnosis - All people are very open for hypnotic suggestions and commands. It is built into the human psyche and a way to control and manipulate people. Some examples on entities and groups taking advantage of hypnotic commands and subliminal messages are The Media (News, Television, Movies, Internet, etc), Religions, Governments, various Leaders, Politicians, and on non-physical planes you have spirit entities such as astral vampires, "angels and demons", and so on.
Archetypes - These are entities that are part of the Human Psyche and relates to the Collective Consciousness. These influences people in different ways and different degrees through their psychic interaction with people and the way these entities basically exists and lives within the Consciousness. These are more general and wide-spread energies / entities that affects all of Mankind in contrast with "angels and demons", astral vampires etc whom are more targeted at specific individuals.
"The Elite" - the group of entities in Control, the ones mainly responsible for putting into effect all the various ways of Mind Control, and creating the Physical World, and the Servants and Slaves of those whom are higher up in the ranks within this group. They use all of the mentioned methods, and do group rituals to affect the population, etc.
Planets and Celestial bodies - This relates to the way planets, whom actually are forms of consciousnesses, and how these affects the human psyche. A good example here is Astrology, and the reason behind why Astrology "works" and can tell something about a person. Every person is charged with certain energy constructs and elements of the different Planet-
Consciousnesses at birth, depending on where and when a person is born, various amounts of such energies from the different Planets and Celestial bodies are implemented and charged into that person and in turn becomes part of his Personality and the way he and others see him.
The Astral Plane - this is connected with most of the above, from "Archetypes", "Demons and Angels", "Astral Vampires", "The Dream World" to the "Elite" etc. A majority of external influence takes part on the Astral Plane, and the Astral Plane is technically where a person "really is" as far as Spirit / Soul goes. There are many levels of the Astral Planes, and we are always connected to them, and always affected by them, and we in turn also always affect them by our own thoughts and emotions. Again many groups and entities work from there, including the "Gods" and the highest of our Creators and Manipulators whom work through all the mentioned methods and levels of existence from their location in this "pyramid" and down to "us".
A brief extra overview of the external influences
Humans are subjected to various external influences, from energies, to entities, and other human beings.
Planetary influences
Planets have an influence on humans as they are filled with energies, Archetypical entities. It is through the understanding of the energies emitted from the planetary bodies a natal chart and horoscope an be create and tell personal and intimate details about a persons life, his past, present and future. The person is charged with energies from planetary bodies at the moment of birth, and depending on the position of the planets, which ones are more close, and their distance between each other, different types of energies are merged with the human.
Some energies will have a stronger impact and charge a person with more of one type of energy than others, and this creates the basic makeup of a persons personality, his state of mind, his destiny and so on.
Such planets will continue to affect a person through his life, and by the movement of the planetary bodies and the force of their various energies being emitted and received by individual human beings, also depending on the persons own specific location in the world where certain planetary energies are stronger than in other places of the world
This creates the blueprint of that person. You can say that a person is not really himself, or his pure being, due to these external influences. It is possible to learn how to minimize – or increase – certain energies emitted and received from such planetary bodies. Through this, a person can change his original state of being, or his blueprint, and make him filled with more of wanted qualities, and less of unwanted qualities, and get closer to his real being.
Astral and non-physical influences
Astral entities also influence people, and emit energies that are received and implemented in the humans mind and body. There are many types of non-physical, or astral, entities – some of them influencing people on purpose with specific energies, thought patterns, to alter the persons state of mind. It can be said to be a form of mind control, and very few people are aware of or will ever notice these influences, as they seem to be a part of themselves – and thus people generally believe they simply are the way they are because that is how they are.
Various diseases, ailments and other problems can also result from being expose to such external influences by astral entities. One can protect oneself from being influenced by such astral entities, just as with any other external influence. This will usually improve a persons well being, and certain astral entities are actually beneficial and can influence a person with positive energies that will heal, give insights, and help with anything from physical and mental problems, to increase success and happiness etc.
Earth based influences
Specific locations on Earth itself also is charge with various energies that influences people, both their mind, state of being, and health. Some places have a positive energy fields, resulting in an improvement in the persons experience of himself, while other places have a negative energies, resulting in problems and a deteriorating state of being. The Earth is filled with energy spots, grid points, ley lines and so on which have various influences, good or bad, on a person. One can seek out the most beneficial locations, and avoid the more negative locations, to improve oneself. As an example, many ancient pyramids and temples are built on top of positive energy spots, improving the people living there, and even giving them more profound spiritual connection and experiences.
Technological influences
Technological man-made devices also influence humans in various ways, mostly negative, as such devices often radiate negative and dangerous energies. Many such devices are built on purpose to manipulate human beings, influence them for mind control, to change their state of mind, and make them easier to maintain power over. Some examples includes radio stations, televisions, broadcasting stations, cell-phones and all different types of antennas, power grids, various electronic devices, computers, and so on. Again this can be avoided by staying as little as possible near such , and live far away from places with such technology.
Human influences
Human beings themselves greatly affect each other. Thoughts are telepathically emitted and received by others. This can be used for both good and bad, on purpose or unintentionally. As an example, if you have negative thoughts about a person, or even yourself, you will manifest these negatives energies to a greater extent within that person or yourself. On the opposite, having a positive attitude and thoughts about other people and yourself, will manifest positive energies and experiences for such people and yourself.
Karmic and Past Life influences
Karma is the energetic influence put upon yourself from your actions, whether this is physical actions towards others and yourself, or mental / thought based actions. Past Lives also can carry with you an energetic influence through reincarnations, from past events, experiences and actions – somewhat relating to Karma. This can be balanced out and cleansed through proper self-work. Also, again, such influences can be of both a positive or negative nature, affecting your present life in different ways.
A lot of the negative experiences, emotions, anger, hatred, depression, physical problems, difficulties in life, problematic state of mind and so on, is a direct effect of all the above mentioned external influences constantly being bombarded upon us.
All this can luckily be changed, by being aware of how one is influenced, and how one influences others, and take the necessary actions to change ones situation and improve oneself.
Also remember, helping others is helping yourself, and by helping yourself you will help others.
The different aspects of influences mentioned here could of course be greatly expanded upon and explained in much further detail, but for now I decided to keep it short, easy to read and understand, as well as providing the most important information in its basic form.
